Just to clarify, when that first pic was taken, the wheel on that car did not fly off yet. It didn't happen until we were queuing up to get released onto the track. I remember having to sprint back to our pit slot to grab our wrench. Also, you can see Tom's helmet sitting on the side pod and me strapping Tom in. The wouldn't have released us to the queue before that.
